I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Weather was perfect. Sun was not out, and the temp hung in the mid 60’s (iirc). Perfect for planting and according to our farmer “we planted 10,000 leeks and 14,000 seed potatoes! And it happened in an unprecedented short amount of time. “ Oy.
